Friendly customer service however they never called back with updates as promised. We had to call to find out when car would be ready and they didn't have any info on it.

Fortunately I have not had a necessity to use a body shop in 20+ years. I wish that every business transaction I had in this area was as pleasant as the one I had with Pohanka Caliber. I was almost "shocked" at how helpful, and professional the front office crew was, Can you send them to work for my doctor? ???? I will certainly be recommending Pohanka Caliber.

A special thanks to Kyle Boes for his attentive handling of this matter and his courteous demeanor. He kept me informed all the way.
