I had a good experience with caliber. I was glad the main repair was done within one week because it saved me money on car rental. It was not completely good. Caliber was unable to do a minor repair that I expected them to do.

I had an outstanding experience with your location from start to finish. The entire team was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making the repair process as smooth and stress free as possible. Willie and Roxanna were incredibly kind and supportive throughout the entire process. Most impressive of all, my vehicle repairs were completed in less than a week, which exceeded my expectations. When I picked up my car, I was amazed by the quality of the work. My vehicle looks brand new again, and the attention to detail was exceptional. As an added surprise, they even cleaned my vehicle before returning it to me, a thoughtful touch that I greatly appreciated and was not expecting. It’s rare to find a business that combines outstanding customer service with high quality workmanship and fast turnaround times, but your location delivered on all three. I am extremely satisfied with the results and would confidently recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.
