Hope and Keili were both great...job more than well done! Body work was great. Looked as though it just came from the showroom.I was concerned when my ins. agent said you are on there ":preferred list". You handled every detail, even folded the blanket in my trunk. You're also 10 min. from my house!

Caliber was amazing! April is incredible when the accident first happened and we came up there. She wrapped the back glass for free and crash wrap until we could get everything figured out with the insurance. April not only educated me on car insurance and rentals everything car accident repair related and how it works, but she also got our car done very fast and efficiently and it looks like brand new! April is extremely valuable. We had a separate accident from this last year and she made it super simple. Help me understand that I could use my Collision coverage for the repair something my insurance company never told (since it was another driver’s fault) Caliber is very blessed to have her and thank you so much to all the guys/gals behind the scenes that I never saw. Hope was also wonderful. She always answered the phone when I called and was always kind and helpful.

My experience was absolutely amazing! April was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and persable. She made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything in detail, including all of the work that needed to be de. We dropped off our car a Thursday and picked it up the following Tuesday afterno. They even gave us a ride to Enterprise after we dropped off the car and offered to return the rental for us when our vehicle was ready, which made the entire process so cvenient. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and professial from start to finish. Best of all, our car looked brand new when we picked it up. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them!
