Insurance recommended this shop after a not at fault accident, but I wasn't sure if this was the route I wanted to take for repairs. However, the Arnold, MO Caliber location was a wonderful experience. I only interacted with 3 of the employees, but everyone I met was friendly and professional. Anthony was awesome and kept me consistently updated at least weekly. He even offered to come in Saturday morning if needed to make sure I got my car, but I was able to pick it up on Friday evening when repairs were completed. Hope at the front desk was very friendly and professional as well. I didn't get the name of the third employee unfortunately, but he drove me to the Enterprise to get my rental in his own truck when Enterprise said they'd take a while to get there. He also was friendly and I appreciated the help. The work was completed on time. It looks great from what I can see, and I look forward to seeing what the job looks like in daylight tomorrow. They also cleaned the interior. Overall, I hope to never need the service of a body shop again but I'd recommend the Arnold, MO location for the professionalism and communication provided. Thank you for making my car look even better than it was before the accident!
