One piece on the driver's side door handle is the wrong color and does not match the rest of the car. Because this is such a small piece compared to the rest of the work, I am still highly satisfied with the repair!

Timelines for the work were moved back multiple times and the reasons given were contradictory. It took about two weeks longer than I was told. One part that was replaced is substantially different than the original and I should have been asked to approve that and was not. The other repairs appear good and I’m glad to have the warranty caliber has for their work. I would have appreciated knowing the true expected timeline upfront and wish I’d been consulted about the parts replacement.

I’m sorry that I can’t rate the Arnold location any higher. I was very disappointed.

The time it took to complete repairs was two weeks longer than I expected. The communication from Caliber was not good. The wrong hood shield was installed without consulting me and the hood shield is not squarely installed. The number and skirt are not aligned. It looks like the paint was done well, but there’s quite a bit that I’m not happy with.

I was given timelines that were moved back multiple times first reason given was that only a mounting bracket was needed. A week later on the day I was told the truck was ready to pick up I was texted and told they made a mistake and were still waiting on the bumper. It was a real inconvenience to be without my truck for the 4 weeks when I expected about 2weeks.
