Tracy and the whole crew at the Arnold MO Caliber Collision location were absolutely outstanding with their customer service as well as the repairs to our 2016 Chevy Traverse!! To say they went above and beyond what was expected would be a complete understatement! I can't speak highly enough about them, and if needed on any of our vehicles in the future, this is the shop I will use as well as recommend them to any friends, family members, or anyone I hear of that needs body work done on their vehicle. Repair shop personnel were amazing. I was given little information from my insurance company, this made it confusing. I was given a pickup time that had to be adjusted, last minute due to calibration. Overall, very pleased.

Truck was sent to Florissant from Arnold for repairs, when I picked it up from Arnold the only thing I saw at that time was a chip in the brand new paint, then when driving it home and the days following found they had broke the clips on both trim pieces between the driver and rear door, the tv didn’t work(they broke the clip on the wire harness for the tv, the headliner was wedged up against something and was pushed down about 2 inches in the back, the headliner was creased from them pulling it down where the sunroof is and had greasy fingerprints on the headliner as well, not a good experience at all….
