Ryan was super friendly, nice, and thoughtful! I liked the communication / texting updates. Overall, my Audi came back clean & in great condition. I definitely will use you guys again. The only small compliant I have was the extended time it took to fix the car. I know you guys expedited some parts to help speed it up and there wasn’t too much you could do. However, the vehicle only had front end bumper damage and it took 8 weeks. That’s a really really long time. Maybe if there is a way to order all the parts right away to help expedite the process it would speed things up? However, I was extremely satisfied with the rest of the service and the attention to detail that it made it worth the wait! Thanks.

Everyone at Caliber was great! They kept me up to date on the repair progress. It took a few extra days to complete the repair, and I was completely in the know the whole time. When I picked up my car, it looked fantastic!! I enjoyed working with the people at Caliber-Arnold. They did what they felt was best for me and my car, and I appreciate it.
