After being told it could be ready on 5/31 we cleared our schedule for the day and awaited the call to come and pick it up. Finally in the afternoon we called and only then found out it would not be ready until 6/1. This caused us to not do some things we could have been doing on the 31st. It would have been helpful if we could have been called as soon as it was apparent the work would not be done on the 31st, instead of having to call to find this out.

A “9”, because these days, I feel never wait to hear from insurance(like in my claim, A.Dollar saying she NEVER received from Caliber)…If I would of heard of this quicker, my brokers office could of handled that situation ALOT FASTER…(We are always still Learning-so to speak, I understand.)

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work done on my car . I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my car.. Mr Tracy is amazing he helped me before and I insisted that my car be towed to to Calebar.
