This is a first class operation which is first evident by the well kept grounds and clean and comfortable customer waiting area. I brought my 2018 Tundra in for warranty work on the right front fender clear coat. After a few days my truck was returned to me in better condition than when I dropped it off. Not only was the body work on my fender repair perfect, but my entire truck was cleaned and shined like glass. It looked like they buffed the entire truck. Even the interior was scrubbed and the bed liner looked like new (I hauled some gravel in the bed prior to dropping it off for repair so it was dusty. In summery, these people really care about what they’re doing and go to great lengths to ensure the customer has a pleasant experience. They take great pride in their operation and in the quality of their workmanship.

This is a first rate organization. I only had work done on the right front fender clear coat. My truck was returned to me in pristine condition inside and out. They even cleaned the bed of my truck and restored it to like new condition. The interior was cleaned including my seats and the entire truck looked like it was buffed to a glass-like finish. They take tremendous pride in their business. I’m blown away with this great level of service.

OMG, after waiting over a month my car looks like brand new. It looks amazing like it was never wrecked. Matt was totally amazing working with me, I was a train wreck with tons of questions. A big THANK YOU to the manager for buying me a battery after everything was done so I could get back in my car again. I totally would recommend Caliber Collision hands down. Wowza. My vehicle looks like it was never wrecked. It looks amazing. After over a month I was so excited to get it back. Unfortunately when Caliber took over 5 Star, the customer service agent that I had originally with 5 Star made good on all his promises. Contacted me weekly and kept me up to date. Once he departed customer service could have been much better. It took weeks but eventually service improved. I realized it probably took some time for new customer service agents to get up to date on vehicle status. Let’s just say the change was challenging. I do recommend when a customer service agent contacts the customer they but appropriate notes about the conversation.: date time and brief discussion notes. This ensures good turn over of the files.
