Had an unfortunate run in with a raccoon that resulted in needing my bumper and front underside repaired. Caliber did an amazing job in restoring my vehicle back back to normal. Amazing repair team and amazing Service Staff!!! I highly recommend this repair shop.

Overall I'm happy with how they repair looks and how it came out, and I am understanding of the fact that repairs can take a while. However it was frustrating that I had to reach out to the insurance company I believe six times to have my rental agreement extended because of changes in the completion date. Again if I was outright told that it would take a movie it wouldn't have been a big deal, but it is a hassle to go back and forth and back and forth, as well as the fact that the ball hitch was missing on the initial pick up date.

He and his team communicated any delays with parts and the estimated timeframes to expect when the parts would be received. I was very pleased with ongoing communication regarding the repair process.

Overall it was a good experience, however the only thing that I was dissatisfied about was the little pieces of glass that was laying on my dashboard, im assuming it was from windshield being replaced.

My Highlander looks beautiful! This experience has been positive and the excellent communication and updates were appreciated. David was so helpful and answered all of my questions. The lady at the front desk handled all the paperwork and made sure I understood everything. I highly recommend Calibur Collision in Ashland. Awesome place!
