David and Susan both exceeded my expectations. The process was so easy, continuous updates, and David even got my car done early per my request so i didn’t have to pay out of pocket for a rental. Stellar job on repairs. Susan was efficient and took care of all the details. Would definitely recommend.

Caliber Collision keep giving me inaccurate information on when my car would be complete. Because Caliber was short staffed, I believe I had to pay several days to rent a vehicle than was needed.
