This is the 4th time I have dealt with Calber Collision doing repairs. They do an excellent job except this time the customer service was lacking. The other times I got a minimum of 5 texts and a copy of the estimate before the repairs began. The text messages explained what stages my car was in every step of the way. The girl at the front desk was no longer there and she is very much missed.

I'm extremely satisfied with the job the Ashland Caliber Collision team did with the repair to my Toyota Tacoma. If I ever need body repairs on any of my vehicles I will send them to Caliber.

My truck was still drivable and I told them at drop off if they were gonna sit on it then I would like to drive it until they are gonna work on it ended up 3 weeks later they started working on it after multiple call asking them about it they kept saying they were working on it or it was gonna be pull in tomorrow and it never was for about 3 weeks When I dropped it off I asked about getting a quote for some stuff outside of what the insurance was gonna cover and they wouldn’t get me a quote until they called and said the truck was done when they could’ve had it all fixed since they kept it for so long The guy I kept talking to kept telling me he would get back to me by the end of the day on different things that I had asked about or about the quote I was asking about but he would never call back I would call back 3 days later then he would say he would call me back by the end of the day and let me know but never called back I farm and use my truck on the daily and now I have it back but the entire thing isn’t even fixed

I have only driven my van one time since pick-up, but, as far as I can tell, everything has been repaired as stated. The paint on doors totally matches the color of van.
