Based on what appears to be a 'good-as-new' repair job, I would not deter someone from Caliber.

The repair itself is higher than four, but the delay from Jan.9 to Feb. 2 to even begin the 2-3 day repair job brought my rate to a four. I realize Caliber was busy with other repairs but would have preferred other options to decrease the delay time.
