One of the issues was when I hit the deer, all of my windshield wiper fluid leaked out, that is the area that took the most damage.. I also mentioned this and uploaded pictures but when I got my car back my wiper fluid low light was on, I filled it and all of it leaked out. They didn’t fix it and when I called, they seemed surprised to learn it was ever broken. After reviewing their notes and pictures they confirmed it was never even checked out. They said they’d order a new reservoir and call me, I haven’t heard back. My check engine light is also now on as is my tire pressure monitor system, none of which were on until I got my car back. The other work they did looked good. I’m not happy though, considering I paid $500 and seem to have more issues than when it went it. I’d like to hear from someone about this asap.

They said once they took the car apart to assess, they’d send text updates. I never heard from anyone until it was “done”. Have never heard back after calling about my wiper fluid.
