Did an excellent job despite challenging time trying to receive the parts. Staff kept in contact with me constantly while I was waiting repairs. Worked with me on a rental car when my insurance coverage on rental was exhausted. Highly recommend. Front desk staff are so pleasant and kind

I chose this facility for my warranty work based on a great experience under previous ownership. However, I am not pleased with the work done this time. I expected to have both bumpers replaced with new parts as they were both damaged in the accident. My front bumper was replaced, but the rear was simply reattached. The spacing between the bumpers and main panel is not even, with some very tight spaces and some larger gaps along the lines of the bumpers. I got into my vehicle to leave and noticed that a dash warning light was on that had not been on at time of drop off. After expressing my concerns about this an additional dash light came on during my drive home. Overall, the work performed and customer service was rather disappointing. Based on this experience, I will not be recommending Caliber to anyone else. - Derick Evans

Work was not done to me expectations. When I received my suv back there were dash lights on that were not on before. There was still deer hair in my rim. Not a good experience.
