Employees were super friendly and helpful. My car was finished earlier than expected and the car looked as good as new when I picked it up. They even cleaned it!

The work looked good. Was disappointed that neither of the people I discussed repairs with got me an answer on the rust from a previous Nagy repair would be covered or what the cost might be to repair it out of pocket. Regardless work was completed. It did take longer that expected. People I dealt with were professional and polite.

I appreciated the fact that my car was clean when I picked it up. I also thought it was a class move by your Ashland shop manager to include a gift card for the increased time of repair as a result of one of your vendors damaging my car.
