Employee Summer is GREAT! She deserves a raise... not that other girl who is also in the Ashland location. However, regarding the timeline from drop-off to pick-up (which was eight days), I feel, ought to have been shorter because I waited a few weeks after estimate for a definite appointment, so I assumed the shop was ready to get it done. In the meantime, I spent $600 for a rental.

The work itself seems to be fantastic, however I was very dissatisfied about the lack of communication of what was going on with my vehicle. I wasted an entire week waiting around for my car to be done to have it pushed back every day with no communication from anyone unless I called.

I don’t understand why it took 9 days to figure out the headlight wasn’t working. That added another week to finish the work. Fortunately my daughter had an extra car I could borrow. If I was renting it would have been unnecessary a lot more expensive.
