They did a great job of keeping us informed of all progress. And the work appears to be very well done. My only frustration - and I don't know who's fault it was - was that there seemed to be several parts ordering snafus - first we were informred that the wrong hood was delivered and then wrong trim pieces were delivered. Regardless, that seems excessive and poor execution on someone's part.

Paint matches very good. Body gap lines are good. Time to repair was good. I will be stopping at the shop to get 2 plastic fastenders under the hood installed when I get in the area that are missing.
