Caliber did an excellent job with the extensive repairs on my vehicle. Their thoroughness in finding all the damage, detail in completing all the needed repairs, and care even with cleaning my vehicle inside and out before I picked it up, were impressive and very assuring!

Very Happy all the way around from communication updates, to completed job done! We will definitely use you again IF we ever need to put Pray we don't. 2 accidents both not our fault in 3 days shy of 1 years time is 2 accidents 2 much. This by far was the best experience we have ever had for any repair on our vehicle. The team is extremely professional, the open and transparent communication was much appreciated. There was never a moment where we were wondering what the status of the repairs were. The team even took time to explain unexpected challenges during the repair and taking the time to ensure we received the best quality products for our repair. Caliber collision is by far the best servicer we have had thus far and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing these type of services. Although we would prefer not to need collision services, should we need them in the future this would be the only place that could service our vehicles. Thank you so much for the entire team!

Excellent customer service, from the time you first drop off the vehicle to when you pick it up. Caleb was great to work with and kept me updated on the repair. The lady at the front desk was also excellent and wonderful to work with.

Car isn’t drivable due to electrical problem identified at intake but not resolved. Visually looks ok, but the car is dead after trying two new batteries. Seems this is on me to figure out on my own which doesn’t make sense to me at all. Expectation was the car would be back to pre-accident condition and function. It isn’t.
