It’s my first time going to this car shop recommend by my insurance and I got to say it was way better than my last insurance and car shop, even for my first time getting my car fix here, every worker explained everything straight forward and clearly to your understanding also they were friendly. I would definitely recommend and also go back for my second time if needing repairing again.

Replaced mangled tail gate and securing hardware. Did excellent job. Even put on quality bed coating to match truck bed coating. I'd use them again.

The repair on my vehicle was done amazing! It was shiny and overall flawless, they took car of my car with precision and accuracy and not only did they repair my trunk, they completely vacuumed and cleaned the interior of my vehicle.

The mirror used to replace the original produces an image that is blurry/contorted and also seems to produce a high pitch whistling noise when air travels into the housing while driving.

I would recommend the shop, but I would also tell another customer to be 100% sure about how the appointment will be made. I do believe this was just an honest miscommunication, but it was frustrating to wait four months to have the repairs done.

Everyone I spoke to was kind and responsive. However, there was a very large miscommunication about how the appointment would be scheduled, which delayed the actual work being done by 2 months. When I brought the car for an estimate in November, was told that I would get a call from Caliber Collision once the insurance was confirmed to schedule the appointment for early January. By mid-December, I called to confirm the appointment, at which point I was told there weren't any availabilities until March.
