My van was repaired and looked great when my van was picked up. The interior looked great and it was cleaned as well. The customer service was great and I really appreciated the text information on the status of my vehicle. Overall, I am very satisfied with the overall experience. I hope I never have to go through another accident however, if I did I would use Caliber. I would also recommend Caliber to others.
