Three weeks went by waiting on a part. I had a rental the whole time. Had I known my car was not even started to have work done, could gave saved the insurance co so many days of rental as well had my grandkids car seats with me the whole time. Otherwise, everything else was good

I was very happy with their service. I came in never making a claim, so I didn’t know I needed to contact the car rental place. So they did the work for me. When the car was ready they called me and I picked it up and the door on my truck looked new. I couldn’t be more happier

Actually great service and communications, fast, and friendly. The only reason I didn't go a full 10, is because I did have to come back for a very minor issue I discovered after I picked up my car, but it would've been difficult to come back for it if I hadn't already had the next day off of work. It was fixed though and all is well.

The staff at Caliber was so accommodating. The repair was beautiful. The only issue that I had was that they weren't able to recalibrate my hybrid to operate correctly. I have an appointment with my regular mechanic to correct the problem.
