I want to give a huge thank you to the team at Caliber Collision – Austin Bluff Bend for everything they did for me and my vehicle. My situation was complicated because my vehicle was originally assigned to another Caliber location, but the repairs ended up requiring extensive mechanical work that the original location could not perform. Bluff Bend took over the vehicle and worked me into their already busy schedule even though this was not originally their repair. What started as what seemed like a straightforward collision repair turned into a much larger job involving mechanical, suspension, body, paint, calibration, and reassembly work. There were delays and unexpected issues along the way, but the team continued working through each problem and kept pushing to get my vehicle back to me. I especially want to thank Raunel and the entire team for being extremely patient with me. After everything that happened with my vehicle, I was understandably anxious and checked in frequently for updates. They never made me feel like I was bothering them and continued to communicate with me throughout the entire process. After seeing the final repair documentation, I have an even greater appreciation for how much work actually went into putting my vehicle back together correctly. This was not a simple repair, and I appreciate the effort, patience, communication, and professionalism the Bluff Bend team showed throughout a very stressful situation. When I finally picked up my Highlander, it was great to have it back and driving again after everything it had been through. Thank you again to Raunel, the supervisors, technicians, painters, and everyone else who worked on my Highlander. I truly appreciate everything you guys did for me and how well you handled such a difficult situation.
