Very good job done on the truck. Jennifer was very communicative and the quality of the repair was very high. Only reasons for 9/10 is because there was some rubber trim that needed some adjustment, a missing grommet, and the bed door has slightly lost its dampening while opening. Seems like a lot but for the amount of work that was done these are tiny issues, overall great job!

Communication was great, every phone interaction was great. Only issue I had was after my car was picked up, I was informed Caliber would be in contact with Enterprise, but the charges for my rental did not stop the day I picked up my car(Friday). Charges were still incurring through Monday when I contacted Enterprise to see if they’d picked up their car, as I hadn’t received my deposit back from them yet.

I started my process at the Liberty Hill location and had a great experience with the staff there. They were professional. They were thoughtful. They were prompt and I felt like I was in great hands. My car was done transferred to another location In Austin, where the repairs were actually done. I loved the communication from caliber as a whole, letting me know what was going on with my car and where it was located at any given moment, the time that it took to get my car fixed was less than I expected, which is always a great thing and I am very happy with the way the repairs look and my car operates. Thank you all so much.
