Initial communication about the "permission to tear down the car" form was poorly handled and caused a nearly one week delay (maybe indefinite if I hadn't called in, nobody seemed to know that I should have been informed of this form that was critical to continuing the repair). Otherwise everything went well, and although a little slower than expected we did get the car back one day before the final due date.
