This is my first experience with this caliber location near Braker lane. Based on this performance I would not recommend them. I have had great experience with the one on Ben White and initially requested they perform the repairs. It was transferred to the other location and I am did satisfied with the location that did the work

Wheel well tubs and front valance plastic panels were missing all the fasteners such that they would flap in the wind. Damage to one of the wheel well tubs occurred from rubbing against the tire. I notified the shop and am scheduledtohave the rework completed starting Friday 6/22

Need more communication. My window was cracked and the initial assessment was from rock chip. I did not find this out until car pick up. Upon further inspection the front windshield was cracked on the inner panel indicating it was part of accident not aseperatrrock chip event. I now have to go through a review process with the insurance company as the initial assessment could have been reviewed with me BEFORE the work order was closed. Now it is a long review process now that the work order is closed

The location in Austin took care of my car and gave me updates every week. Iâve never experienced such good customer in any industry. I was shocked considering Iâm kind of obsessed when it comes to get feedback on work. I was really happy with the customer service!!!!

The truck looks like it did before the accident. Caliber did a great job. The only problem was they didnât put the bed cover back onto the truck. It is supposed to be shipped to me and Iâll reinstall it
