Was promised that the truck would be delivered around 8:30 to 9:00 the next day after I paid my deductible and I had to go pick it up at the shop around 9:50 and missed work because of that

Best Customercare, In my case Caliber collision went one step further to keep me happy after an frustrating accident. They tookcare of everything from towing the car from accident site to towing the car back home with full tank after repair, they also took care of returning the rental car. My car was delivered ahead of planned delivery time and always kept me up to date on status. Thank you Caliber collision team, for such care.

Lack of communication. It wasn't fixed when promised and led me to rearrange my schedule due to their deceptive ETA. You should always contact your customer to keep them informed and that never happened.
