Manuel was awesome! Called me often. Kept me up to date. Always answered when I called back. Y'all's front desk staff in both locations where I dropped off and picked up were super friendly. Only feedback was maybe to not worry about under promising and over delivering too much. My estimate was end of the month. Then was wrapped up by the 19th when I was out of town. I’m sure it’s hard to predict when things wrap up so not a huge deal.

Raunel was very communicative and the work done looks great. The only feedback I have is to clean the interior of the car where the work was done. There was white residue on the side panels of the car and on the back area carpet. The outside work looks nice, inside was pretty dirty.

Very positive experience from start to finish. Also the level of detail far exceeds any other body shop ive seen. These are definately experienced profesionals and have a high bar for quality.

The repaired site looks very good, we cant tell anything happened at all. Looking at the work sheet beforehand to what all was done to it, we were nervous things wouldnt align correctly or paint would look off in certain light. Upon seeing the vehicle we were no longer worried and were completely satisfied with the work done. No concerns. Staff made sure to run through everything done and ensure us it was set to go and welcomed any return visits if not to our satisfaction.
