There’s a dent on the front of my car and Raunel, the estimator, stated that it had something to do with the plastic clips but it doesn’t matter bc there wasn’t a dent there before so it shouldn’t be one now. There were also some clips not proper snapped in on my rear passenger door. The paint looks amazing and I did appreciate the communication I received during the process. However, I feel like they rushed and it shows in the quality of work.

Raunel was awesome and kept great communication through the process. I’m glad to have my truck back in better condition than before the accident. If you are looking for a shop for a quality repair with no shady work, the bluff bend location is the place to go. Jeff Thurman, the Gm, is very welcoming as well as the rest of the staff.

Manny & team—thank you for all your help and work on my car! Irene, thank you for being welcoming at the front desk as well on the phone. Manny, Thank you for your patience and understanding especially when answering any questions or concerns I had. Thank you calling when I expressed that I was stressed out and worried about the process. The work on my car—i have no complaints. Everyone who has seen the “after” has given compliments and job well done to the collision center! Still waiting for the tire sensor light to turn off, but I’ll communicate with Discount Tire for their help. Thanks again Manny and Caliber Collision Center on Bluff Bend! 10/10!!!
