Jorge did an incredible job keeping my truck on schedule for the repairs. Unfortunately after discovering my frame being bent the repairs were extended a few weeks. However he was still able to complete the repairs fairly quickly and get me back in my truck before the May 10 estimate caliper collision did a great job thanks.

Fantastic job! They kept me informed through the whole process. Worked with the insurance company as well. They also got everything done a week earlier than they projected. Final thing is they let me leave the rental car with them and they returned really taking the headache out of the whole process.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision. They worked on my Tesla and did a phenomenal job—everything came out perfect. The car looks like it just came straight out of the showroom. The advisor was amazing—very helpful, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. The technician also did outstanding work, finishing everything quickly without sacrificing quality. I’m extremely happy with the results. Beautiful work all around. Highly recommend!

The only issue I had was that the shop overestimated by a week the time it would take to do my repair, also, the insurance estimate ended up to be quite a bit different from their e valuation that was done before I filed the claim. I totally understand how that would happen though and I don’t hold it against the Body Shop. And, so far as the time estimate goes, better to beat the estimate then to fall behind so I’m OK with that too.
