My Experience

After visiting a competitor body shop, I was impressed with the reception at Caliber Pflugerville. I was able to have a discussion of the problem and the estimator was knowledgeable. Hearing that the work was to be done at a different Caliber location, I was apprehensive but agreed because of the workload at Pflugerville. In the end, the work was done well and well in time. My insurance company offered a low-ball estimate but Caliber handled the discussions with them and got the agreement for increased payment. I am quite pleased with the result; it looks like before!
