I’ve had the misfortune to have to take my Toyota to Caliber Collision two times. To have it worked on. Always been treated very well by everyone there. A young lady, Camila helped me this time. She knew what to do and kept me informed. She ordered all the parts an called me to bring truck in parts were received. Very fast service. Brought it in at 8:00am. Complete mirror I crashed was replaced and and I was called around 12:00 to come pick it up. Truck had been cleaned inside and out and looked like new again! Really impressed both times I’ve been here. Will continue to come here if needed. Thanks to everyone who worked on my Toyota.

I was very pleased with your establishment. I was informed every step of the progress on my repair. You guys were awesome! I hope i don't ever need to do this again but if I do, I will definitely come to you guys and I have told all my friends about the awesome service you guys provide. From the moment I walked in the drop off the vehicle to the moment I picked it up, everyone was very nice, friendly and personable. I was told I’d receive updates every Tuesday and Thursday and they followed through with that…vehicle was even finished FOUR days earlier than originally noted! I hope I don’t need any future vehicle work done, but if I do I will 100% go back to Caliber.
