I was very pleased with your establishment. I was informed every step of the progress on my repair. You guys were awesome! I hope i don't ever need to do this again but if I do, I will definitely come to you guys and I have told all my friends about the awesome service you guys provide. Also, I must say all your front staff were very courteous and professional....I wish there were more people like yourselves and also please thank the people that worked on my vehicle, awesome job.

From the moment I walked in the drop off the vehicle to the moment I picked it up, everyone was very nice, friendly and personable. I was told I’d receive updates every Tuesday and Thursday and they followed through with that…vehicle was even finished FOUR days earlier than originally noted! I hope I don’t need any future vehicle work done, but if I do I will 100% go back to Caliber.
