Jennifer K was great!!! When I initially brought my car in, she was thorough with her assessment and communicated daily until pick up. She was there for the pick up as well as explained what was done to my car. When I picked up, my car was clean and shiny! That was a bonus. When working with local businesses, the most important thing to me is a having a direct contact who is attentive and thorough. I would recommend Jennifer K and the Caliber location on Braker 100 times over.
