Chrystal and the staff were awesome, and my car looked brand new, upon picking it up!! I was under very stressful circumstances, sue to being involved in an accident. I arrived with a very painful, broken foot, and the staff was amazing!! They did all they could to help and support me. This outstanding customer service happened when I dropped off the car AND when I picked it up. Thank you Chrystal and staff, for everything!!

There is a tattle in driver door, they said it was ready and it wasn't and they left a key connection off associated with the turbo and the car would barely run

Really enjoyed my experience, loved the constant updates, but attention to detail was not there. The lady who helped me was great, and she helped me remain calm during the difficult time, but there was glass everywhere still and the car was still very dirty. Again, minimal, but attention to detail.
