If I could rate TC a 20 out of 10, I absolutely would. TC was an outstanding associate, and I truly feel lucky to have been paired with him during my experience at Caliber. From start to finish, he was consistent, professional, honest, and genuinely invested in providing excellent customer service. Caliber is fortunate to have someone like TC on its team. In today’s world, it’s easy for customers to feel like just another number, but TC never made me feel that way. His passion for helping people wasn’t something he had to explain it showed through his actions, communication, and overall performance. I only worked with Caliber for a few days, yet TC made such a positive impression because of how genuine and caring he was throughout the entire process. Vehicle repairs can be stressful, but thanks to him, I felt informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way. I left with complete trust in the work being done and no doubts about my vehicle. Employees like TC are the reason customers return and recommend a business to others.
