My technician (TC) was so amazing and communicative throughout this entire process. Getting into any accident is scary, but he reassured me that my car was in great hands throughout the entire process and even managed to get it fixed earlier than expected. Although, It was just him he made me feel welcome and safe, the front desk agent Crystal and the general manager Tristan were also really supportive and amazing. I hope to never be in this situation again, but I can confidently say that if I ever am I have a new home shop at Caliber on Kramer! ♥️
