Lynn was my service agent handling things. He was really friendly, let me know what to expect, and estimated timeline and personally called me to follow up. I received my car back in prestine condition. The lady at the front desk was nice and when I went to pay two other nice men helped me out. Everyone was very friendly and customer service oriented.

Very Satisfied that the repairs were done a few days earlier than expected. Wasn’t too excited to see the dusty inside of my new trunk door when they cleaned the outside of the car and new trunk door/bumper. I wasn't informed to remove everything from my back end of my SUV when I dropped it off. I found everything in my back seat when I got it back.

I wasn’t happy with how I got my car back. Yes the repairs were amazing. Wasn’t expecting dust inside of my new trunk or everything that was in my trunk thrown all over my back seat. I wish I had known ahead of time to move my bags, etc from the trunk
