Absolutely terrible customer service, and there was no negotiation on the price for the minimal damaged done to my car. It was one headlight that I had to pay $2000 for. The mechanic was rude and off-putting; using phrases like "you wanna pick up your car or not?!." I will never be back and will never recommend a caliber collision.

Terrible, caliber collisions customer service was the worst of all. They act pompous and rude and treat you as if you don't understand what's going on so then they can fully take advantage of your lack of knowledge in the automotive industry. There was no negotiation on buying a $2000 headlight. It took almost 2 weeks and $2000 for one headlight.
