Timeliness of completion was disappointing; missed expected completion date repeatedly. Dates I was told: April 14. April 21. I called on the 20th to find out when I could get my car on the 21st only to be told...oh, it's the 29th now, worst case, it will for sure be ready on the 29th. That day came and went with no phone call or any acknowledgement. On May 2nd I called and it was "really close". Finally got the car at 4:30pm on May 5th, after checking in myself if it was ready, was I going to be able to get it, etc. Not what I expected from Caliber.

Corey was very communicative and thorough throughout the process. He paid great attention to the small details, even using the paint on hand to touch up small marks from wear and tear on other parts of my car, and my car looks great! They finished the work ahead of schedule and made the process as easy as possible, even gave me a ride home when I learned that they could start work on my car right away if I was able to leave my car there at the time of my estimate. Having a car repaired after an accident is frustrating, but this was as painless as possible - thank you!

My overall experience here was amazing. The cashiers were able to answer any questions I had and helped me through the entire process smoothly. Daniel did a wonderful job keeping in touch and providing me with the progress of my repairs. Daniel made sure that my car got taken care of. I was worried about the paint process due to the brown tint of my car, but my it looks better than it did when I bought it. Special care was taken during the entire repair process and I will definitely recommend you all to my friends and family. Once again, special shout out to Daniel, he's amazing. Thanks so much for taking good care of my car!! :)
