On the day that it was supposed to be ready I hadn't heard anything by 3:30p so I called & they said they were just checking on it & they still hadn't called by around 4:15p. I called again &they said it would be ready by the time I got there they were just detailing it. When I got there (@ 5:15p)they said they were finishing the detailing it. When I got the car my floor mats were SOAKING wet. My drivers side rear view mirror wasn't clean like the passenger side. The seats weren't inthe right place. In general the detailing was only half done.

The paint job looks absolutely beautiful. I wish now that I had asked you to do the hood as well, and just pay for it out of my own pocket. The paint match is perfect and looks like a brand new car.

Justin and all the staff at Caliber Collision were very professional. They kept us up to date on the progress of the repairs and answered all questions. They were always friendly and didn't get annoyed with all my questions. Will definitely use them again.

I sent the following email to Mr. Cory Simon yesterday (Saturday Feb. 6, 2016): Hello Cory, I picked up my car today - the 1997 tan Toyota Camry. You guys did a marvelous job on the left side, which was the side that had gotten wrecked. It was beautiful. Many many thanks to you and your excellent staff. However, when I got home after picking the car up this morning, I noticed that the right side was full of scratches and scrapes on both front and rear doors and on the rear panel and even on the trunk and the spoiler. These scratches and scrapes were not there when I dropped the car off a couple of weeks ago. You and I both walked around the car and inspected it for such kinds of pre-existing damage and we both signed off on that form. I am quite sure you and I would have noticed and noted down these scratches and scrapes if they were there. On the doors, they are the types of scratches and scrapes that occur when the car is parked and the door of the car next to it is swung open and hits it. It appears that this was done over and over and over again repeatedly. These scratches and scrapes only appeared some time between the day I dropped it off at Caliber Collision and this morning when I picked it up. I have attached photos I took of these scratches and scrapes today. I would like to bring the car to you on Monday afternoon so that you can get a closer look at it. Again, none of this damage was noted on the form that we completed when I dropped the car off with you. And knowing that you have very high professional standards, I know that if these scratches and scrapes were pre-existing, I am certain that they would have caught your attention when we walked around the vehicle looking for pre-existing damage that day when I dropped the vehicle off with you. I would have also brought such scratches and scrapes to your attention as well. Thank you for your diligence and attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing back from you.
