I was completely satisfied with the customer service provided and the turn around time, mostly how I was kept in the loop, step by step through the end. HOWEVER, I was a bit disappointed in the fact of...I took my car in for damage repairs and got it back with some additional damage, such as scratches, dents etc. I wasn't sure why get the damaged repaired, if you'll get it back with more than what and how you left it!?! I understand we as individuals my not care about others property to take care of it as much as the owner would, but it is Caliber Collision's reputation and face on the front line. No one may member names, but they do remember experiences and where it happened, not to go back. I very much appreciate the kindness and very friendly customer service. Over all it was a great experience! Thank you Mike and Cory!! Now who's fixing my dents and scratches?

I do not yet trust that my car was fixed correctly or is safe to drive. I returned it to the shop the same day I got it back with at least 4 problems that weren't fixed. That, after it was in the shop for two months. I have no confidence right now and am considering taking it elsewhere.

The repair was quick and done well. Cory was absolutely amazing -- he communicated well throughout the process and resolved any issues that arose. He also stayed late to accommodate me so I could pick up my car when he obviously did not have to, so I am very grateful to him!
