The repairs to my car were done at the 6819 McNeil Dr, Austin, TX location. Craig Brucks and his office staff were great! The repairs were exceptional and left no signs of the car having been in an accident. The turn around time was short. I left the car mid-day on a Friday and it was ready the following Tuesday morning. I would definitely use this Caliber Collision location again for any future body work that may be needed on my car. My insurance company recommended this Caliber Collision location.

It is hard to find a good place for repairs and I know mistakes happen. I think Caliber would fix stuff and make sure customers were happy with the fix.

Good turn around time and fix. 1. Issues I noticed was window wash fluid wasn’t filled up fully after replacement. 2. Seems like maybe tire balance was not optimized and tire pressure wasn’t filled up enough. Perhaps discount has better equipment. 3. Bumper was repainted but not a full repaint as there are still scratches on the opposite side of the bumper of the damage area. 4. It would have been nice to have all four tires replaced instead of just 2 of them. I had to basically go to discount tire the next day and add 2 more tires. I would have paid for them separately but that wasn’t an option. Your not supposed to drive the car with mismatched tread height

Hola buenas tardes,gracias x devolverme mi Toyota Corolla a la vida nuevamente,es un trabajo impecable y quede muy muy satisfecho x las reparaciones siempre estuvieron en comunicación conmigo de cómo avanzaba el trabajo no hay ningun comentario solo me queda agradecerles x lo que hicieron y me disculpé ante todo x no hablar el idioma(inglés)pero para ustedes no tuvieron problemas x eso merecen 5 estrellas gracias nuevamente

Catalytic converter was replaced but the replacement repair was incomplete. The vehicle was running fine before the repair but after the repair it would not rev over 3000 rpm and the engine would need to be started at least twice every time before it would stay on. There wer 16 different engine error codes. 4 of which were the oxygen sensors which I suspect are the primary problem. Incomplete repairs resulting in the engine running bad.

Although my vehicle was not fixed the first time, the team at Caliber followed through and finished the job. My only issue is the inconvenience of having to bring the vehicle back in to fix the problem. The repair shop that was contracted to do the work for Caliber should have done a more thorough repair job.
