Everything was good , except how long it took to get a grille that would fix . Picked the car up and saw that the hood had stone chips on it , and was wondering why I wasn’t asked if I wanted to get the hood paint at my expense, since it took away from the work that was done..?

Good communication, liked the text updates. Reuben at the Onion Creek location was friendly, professional. Appreciated that my car was washed and out front waiting for me to pickup. This is my 3rd repair as a family at the OC location.

Location is literally at the end of my neighborhood. Was finished in the time estimated. Ruben was my advisor and kept me informed. Like the text option. Returning rental to Enterprise was handled for me. We have had multiple repairs at this location since it opened.
