The paint along the edges was bumpy and uneven so I had to leave my car there another day and when I picked it up the next day there were scratches in the corners of the bumper and on the side and front of my car that were not previously there and not noted in the pictures taken by the facility

Dee was very helpful and was amazing to work with. Her final days with Caliber were during my repair and she still went above and beyond for me to ensure everything was taken care of. Ray then stepped in and took her place and did not skip a beat.

I had never used Cailber Collision before this (then again, I haven't been in a car accident since 2001). Familiarity helped my decision as I grew up in Frederick, MD and there are 2 Cailber Collisions there. The staff here was amazing, my car looks brand new...I would not hesitate to use or recommend Caliber!

I cannot give a 100% to the vehicle because the vehicle was not checked prior to returning the vehicle to me. The repairs to the bodywork are phenomenal, but the headlight bulb was not installed forcing me to repair the headlight in a dark parking lot in the evening, the vehicle alignment is off and not corrected and my Sirius radio antenna was ripped out forcing me to arrange a meet time with the company to repair the antenna. The antenna was looked at by a technician and shown to be damage by the tech, which is now ordered to be installed later. The alignment is not fixed due to my busy work schedule and the repair facility recommended being an inconvenience to my schedule. This is the reason for the lack of 100% rating.
