Understandable that there was some delay due to parts being shipped out, but ken and the manager there handled the situation with the utmost care, and went above and beyond in providing a rental car. If anyone deserves a raise its certainly them and from now on based on this experience I hope to work with caliber if anything happens in the future

The individuals that assisted me through the process were very informative and so friendly. Every question I had was answered with knowledge and professional. They all made me feel comfortable. As for the job that was done on my car it was superb. I felt that they treated my vehicle as their own and thank you everyone that assisted me through the process.
