Repair was amazing. Cannot tell I was ever in an accident. They finished ahead of time. The process was so easy. They communicated professionally and often. I always knew where we were in the process and what was coming next.

I would’ve liked better phone communication with my supervisor. We would get texts after the shop closed- or close to it and no response until MWF when it was “his day to respond.” Guerrmo would call the minute I had a question(with our previous repair). It wasn’t a long phone call but at least a personable call. Overall this CC is great! Just a suggestion.

I drove my car off your lot today and new fault codes appeared. Caliber told me multiple times the car was fine, it wasn’t fine. BMW got involved and now claims Caliber didn’t follow their instructions. My car was with Caliber for over a month and you still couldn’t get it right. I don’t know when I’ll get it back working properly. I’m totally disgusted with Caliber Collision.

The staff at both the City Base and Onion Creek Caliber locations were excellent! They kept me informed about every phase of the repairs. John (Onion Creek) was especially helpful with some concerns I had and communicated daily. Amber (City Base) was also great. She saw some issues that needed to be addressed and was proactive in communicating with me. I greatly appreciate both of them! My vehicle had to be transferred to the Onion Creek Caliber and they quickly coordinated the transport there and John got the vehicle returned immediately after the repair was done so I could get my car back as soon as possible. The repair work was completed faster than I expected and everything looks great. I am very pleased with my experience and will certainly recommend Caliber to anyone. While I hope to not need their services again, I will definitely return if I do.
