I have a special order BMW XB7 Alpina. It was damaged from front to back on the drivers side and I thought it would never be the same. The team at Caliber Collision of South Austin hit a home run repairing the damage and matched the special color exact. The service and work done was over the bar and much better that I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend for repair work that looks better than new.

This second time has been a nightmare I can’t recommend Caliber Collision

I trusted Caliber to leave my car side mirror the way it was before an irresponsible driver hit it. Is been more than 3 weeks and the mirror still not working and installed correctly. I trusted caliber because a year ago we had a great experience with my husband pick up but I’m extremely disappointed this time.

The person in charge of taking care of my side mirror has kept professional and I appreciate that but it was still an error from the beginning when I had informed them about the blind spot indicator mirror and the first time the forgot about that and installed a regular mirror. That was my time wasted and money lost because I needed transportation for an error they made from the beginning. I waited another week for the correct mirror or part and the mirror still shakes when I drive makes me dizzy looking though it and the blind spot indicator still don’t work. I am still waiting for them to give me a call to see if they’re going to replace the mirror that is still don’t work correctly.
