So far, everything I've seen was done perfectly, from the body part alignments, to the paint and the final cleanliness of the vehicle. I have not looked under the hood or under the car yet, but from what I've seen so far, I'm expecting everything to be good. Absolutely amazing experience. Victor was friendly and really made an effort to get to know me. He certainly eased my mind about choosing the right place to get my car repaired. Samson also went above and beyond, keeping me in the loop about the repair process and timeline. They even finished a week ahead of schedule! Great location and great employees!!

I got my car today, I satisfied with repair job for damaged door , but when I got home , I found serious problem with my car. Door lock doesn't work, neither while driving nor while parking. Doors does not lock while driving, I continuously hear click noise that automatic door lock system try to lock the door. It, 's really dangerous now, I can't drive at this point. I will visit Calliber tomorrow again to fix this issue. Please provide me rental car if it can not fixed in a hour.

I picked up my car last week, but I found serious problems found after changed the door panel, the door lock didn't work, blind spot monitor didn' work , and replaced door sound hollow, they missed to fill something inside the door panel. I requested to fix these problems last week, they fixed blind spot sensor and filled something but door lock is not working at this point. They promised to fix it last week but it delayed for parts delivery issue. I didn't get response yet. It's really dangerous now cause door doesn't lock while driving. I'm not happy with this situation. Plz do something ASAP.

I satisfied repair itself, they well matched color and did paint job perfectly, and they finished repair earlier than promised date. I picked up my car last week, but I found serious problems found after changed the door panel, the door lock didn't work, blind spot monitor didn' work , and replaced door sound hollow, they missed to fill something inside the door panel. Besides the cosmeticaaly damaged door. My car had no issue in any function mechanically before Calliber started repair job. I was really disappointed with this and had to get there to request to fix these problems last week, they fixed blind spot sensor and filled something but door lock is not working at this point. They promised to fix it last week but it delayed for parts delivery issue. I didn't get response yet. It's really dangerous now cause door doesn't lock while driving. I'm not happy with this situation. Plz do something ASAP.
