Car has 2 different headlights, roof not connected & passenger door from the inside won’t open. Absolutely horrible still waiting to hear when I can get if fixed!!!!!!!

Amazing!!!!!Everyone from front desk to service agent who helped me out were amazing. Everything was prompt, helpful and extremely easy. I couldn’t have asked for better service. This was second CC location I had to visit because the one in Pflugerville off 685 kept giving me the run around, putting me off, not helping me at all. They were the worst in customer service and I will not recommend that location to anyone. I had started dealing w them in June only to keep getting pushed back and finally not being able to help me bc they “no longer take hail damage claims”. The CC i finally ended up at was great. I will be emailing the location manager as well to let her know how satisfied I was with their service.

I had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collision. They were courteous and took great care of my car. It came out looking brand new and were able to get my car back to me in just a few days and well ahead of schedule.
