The Caliber Collision team was nothing short of awesome. Everyone was super polite and helpful. The facility itself was clean and tidy. Would just like to point out how great it was having Victor as my point of contact and Jairo at the front desk being able to get me a rental ahead of time. Originally, I was scheduled to pick up my rental at 4pm. Jairo called enterprise the morning I dropped off my vehicle and saved me money, time, and a trip back up to the area. Victor was very good about communication and keeping me up to date on my repairs. I enjoyed the light conversations I had with him from the times I visited the facility. Also the team was able to finish repairs and get my vehicle back to me ahead of schedule which was really nice. Overall, excellent experience and thank you to the team for all the hard work and help!

Since I took my car the first day they were very attentive and the process was fast, Victor was in charge of my car and it was great to work with him, he is very friendly, professional and always informed me of the progress of my car, he was very pleasant the experience I had with Caliber.

Jessica Wilson and her team were very professional and spot on with everything. They kept me informed throughout the process and wouldn't take any of my vehicles anywhere else. This wasn't a normal car as it is a Mercedes Benz E63 AMG and it looks like nothing ever happened.
